On complimenting this application form for the "Club del Accionista" of Sol Meliá SA, each shareholder accepts and authorises Sol Meliá S.A., the owner of the mentioned Club, to file and treat its personal data on a file owned by Sol Meliá SA, with address at C/ Gremio Toneleros nº. 24, Palma de Mallorca, 07009 Spain, and to transfer the mentioned data to companies of the Group Sol Meliá and/or associates, both from the sector or the industry of: tourist, leisure, restoration, hotel trade, and timeshare, inside and outside Spain, with the purpose of: offering a range of personalised products and services, sending personal greetings, responding to the needs of the costumers and to provide regular Company news, all of this by paper and telematic medium. For the purposes above mentioned Sol Meliá SA informs the shareholders that it has created a personal data file containing all of the data provided by the shareholders in order for the Club to operate, which has been duly registered with the Data Protection Agency. Sol Meliá S.A. guarantees that appropriate security measures has been implemented to ensure the confidentiality of the mentioned data. If any shareholder does not agree with the treatment and/ or transfer of its personal data, it can exercise its rights of access, opposition, modification or cancellation of its data sending a letter to Sol Meliá SA's Marketing Department - Fidelity programs, at the above mentioned address. Furthermore, once the shareholder provides information on the number of Sol Meliá shares it has, and the approximate purchase date, the shareholder authorises Sol Meliá S.A. to check this information with the financial company, where the shares are deposited, so as to provide the shareholder the corresponding SHAREHOLDERS MaS CARD or SHAREHOLDERS MaS GOLD CARD, as the case may be.

For the purpose that the "Club del Accionista" of Sol Meliá SA works properly, the shareholder shall compulsory provide the following data, to form part of the mentioned Club: (i) name, surname, DNI / Passport, postal address, telephone, number of Sol Meliá Shares, the approximate purchase date and the depository bank (iii) and, the application form shall be attached with a Sol Meliá Shares Receipt from your financial company specifying the shares deposited. If the preceding data is not provided this application form shall not be processed.
